PERMANENT office hours change

Due to my general inability to get up by 11am, I am permanently moving my
Friday 11am-noon office hours to Thursday night 10pm-midnight. I hope people
find those hours more useful anyway.

Also, since I think Sweet Hall is generally a more popular place to work
on these things than Tresidder, I'm going to move ALL of my office hours
from TAC to Sweet Hall.

For those of you who don't know what I look like, you can figure out what
machine I'm on by running "sweetfinger etucker", which will tell you where I
am, with about a 10 or 15-minute lag time.

These changes will also be reflected on the class web page.
