Anonymous ftp

The class directory can now be accessed by anonymous ftp. This
is mainly useful for SITN auditors who don't have leland accounts.
The Sweet Hall people told me that auditors cannot get accounts, so
if you are an auditor and interested in spending some time with the
assignments, you'll need to have access to a SparcStation in order
to install the software (compiler).

Please note that auditors will have to work on their own. Their
programs will not be graded. However, I'll certainly be happy to
answer any questions you might have.
