Working HW#2

A few groups asked if they could get a working version of the second
assignment in order to have a clean slate going into HW3. We
definitely don't recommend this method as you'll have to learn all
about a new implementation, but if you have no other option you may
need this.

Robert and I have put together an assignment #2 that you are welcome
to use as the basis for your hw#3. It isn't very well commented, but
the core functionality (exec, join, arguement passing) is present and
working. The code is in /usr/class/cs240a/working-hw2.tar.gz.
