What meds was our patient on? My notes are basically incoherent on this one--i.e. google isn't helping me sort it out!

this is what I have~ good luck:)!
--
1. Tylenol
2. Motrin (800 mg every 8 hours when in pain)
3. Oxycodone (5 mg every 4-6 hours; 10mg every 4-6 hours in intense pain)
4. Tramadol (100mg/day, IV)
5. Dilaudid (2mg/day, IV)
6. Toradol (4mg/day, IV)
