Hey Undergroundians!

Thanks to all who attended our release/dance party for "Everyone Do the Robot!" at The Fez last night. We had a great time and we hope you did, too! We'll be sure to post pictures soon, but, for now, let's get onto to telling you about the exciting things at Stumptown Comics Fest this weekend...

As you may have heard, Stumptown Underground will be tabling at Stumptown Comics Fest, April 24th and 25th. What you might not yet know is that we're up for awards

Basically, this means that we encourage you to attend the fest the first day, Saturday, and check out the table with all the books up for awards and fill out your ballot to vote for what you think should win! Of course, we hope that you vote for our anthologies, but there's are some other fantastic books to peruse that the table.

We're up for Outstanding Small Press for the "Heavy Enough To Fall" and "For Your Pleasure" issue, Outstanding D.I.Y. for the "Slumber Party" issue, Outstanding Art for the "Slumber Party" and "Heavy Enough To Fall" issues, and Outstanding Publication Design for the "For Your Pleasure" issue. Check out all the amazing nominees here: http://www.stumptowncomics.com/awards

The awards are only voted on Saturday, then, Saturday night, the Awards Ceremony happens out Cosmic Monkey Comics at 8pm, followed by the Comic Art Battle at 9pm! The whole night is a blast every year, we highly recommend that you attend.

So remember, attend Stumptown Comics Fest on Saturday and vote! Also, be sure to swing by our table and say hi. We'll have all the issues and be offering discounts with you by more than one issue! We'll be there all day Saturday and Sunday.

Stay Solid,
Blue
