Attached find a JPEG of a blank template for a box to hold your corona solitaire deck. You can either print it directly from your computer onto cardstock with the box blank, and use art materials to decorate the box template before folding and assembling, or you can open the JPEG using a graphic program and use computer graphics to embellish your card.
