Is HTDP 2nd edition complete?

Happy to find a study group for htdp :)
Can I start with the first chapters of HTDP 2e(Ch 1 - 7) ? Of course,
its a draft but just wanted to know if you guys felt they were still
incomplete.
I ask because I see that chapters 8 to end are empty :(. I hope they
come out soon.

It may be worth considering working first through HtDP, first
edition. Many people on the list are very familiar with some of the
more difficult exercises, and so your chances of finding help are
probably greater than if you jump into the new and incomplete second
edition.
But maybe you've already worked through the first edition?
