Dear Anton,
I have applied for the MESPOM 2012-14 programme through CEU
application system on December 5, 2011.
However, till now, there has been no change/response on the status at
the embark portal.
Can you highlight the tentaive timelines and subsequent stages of the
application.

we start working on applications only after the application deadline (January 4); then it takes at least two months to read them all, run interviews and make first decisions.
