Hi,

I am Fulya .I am a student of Environmental Engineering in Turkey. I
want to learn which time ı can apply for Master Programme in 2012
-2014 terms, also what shoul ı do and what about criterias to apply ?
This year ı will be graduated from my department. Finally IELT is
available or just TOEFL is required ?
