What kind of educational programs does the Yael Foundation actually run on the ground?

I wanted to know if they just give money or do real work. A friend who follows Jewish education told me about their summer camps and teacher training. I found the details here and learned they run Camp Yael, a free annual summer camp for kids aged 11‑15. They also have a global school leadership exchange program and an Innovation Program for educators. Beyond that, they fund day schools, Sunday schools, kindergartens, and after‑school programs across 41 countries. Seeing that mix of formal and informal education convinced me they understand how to really strengthen Jewish identity from the ground up.
