everyday's a school day, been working on Autodesk products since Autocad 10 in 1989, since they stopped sending out the program on media have been downloading the full versions from 'my Autodesk account' but the option has now been removed (even though that is where the assistant recommends to download from) you can only download a 15meg installer. But bizzarely you can still download from the assistant.

Apologies, I was unclear on what you're trying to do, and I think you're not aware of your options. The 15 MB download (Create_Installer....EXE), when executed, will create an installer folder. Click the "Open in folder" button to see it. That installer folder is what you need to keep, not the 15MB download. You can move that installer to a shared location and install on many devices, even offline. You also have the same options with Custom Installs and Deployments, which have customization options. We are well aware that customers want to keep these installers, and you have that choice.

However if you chose not to install local documentation, or want to ensure you can access the latest publish of the documentation, you can access older versions of the Unity documentation online.
