Just to let you know ardour5  5.12 works great with the current build script and packages on Slackware64-14.2

Do you have plans to update the slackbuilds or what is the process for this?

Thanks for lettings us know that it works :)

Generally, we aren't a rolling release. However sometimes I will look
into updating something when someone mentions an update is available,
and *if* I get the time.

I'll have a look at building ardour a bit later today.
