I've updated a few things that affect where lv2 plugins are
installed.

In the past some were installed to /usr/lib/lv2 and some to
/usr/lib64/lv2. Now everything goes into /usr/lib/lv2. Only Yoshimi
had an actual configure option for this. Others needed moving
manually. Due to this I'd be grateful for reports of any that don't
work.

I've also added /etc/profile.d/lv2.sh (and lv2.csh for csh/tsh users).
This means that LV2_PATH should be set in the environment
automatically when you login.

LV2_PATH will be set to:

$HOME/.lv2:/usr/local/lib/lv2:/usr/local/lib64/lv2:/usr/lib/lv2:/usr/lib64/lv2

To install all the updates, the easiest way is to make an lv2.sqf file
containing the following:

@amsynth
@drumgizmo
@linuxsampler
@synthv1
@calf
@drumkv1
samplv1
@yoshimi

Next:

sepkg -u
sepkg -i < lv2.sqf

I once witnessed a long-winded, month-long flamewar over the use of
mice vs. trackballs... It was very silly.

Actually, a better way would be to use:

lv2
amsynth
drumgizmo
linuxsampler
synthv1
calf
drumkv1
amplv1
yoshimi

That should get everything.

Shoot me again.
Just proving that the quickest way to solve the problem is to post a
whine to the newsgroups: within moments the solution presents itself to
me, and meanwhile my ass is hanging out on the Net... *sigh*...
