Sepkg Update to 4.4.7

Now lists version info for non-installed packages.
Fix for packages with non-numeric version first character, like gitXXX
etc.

Hello, Dave!

After upgrading to latest Sepkg, deleting cache and updating list, there's an error while trying to build portaudio.

..and so on... Different /tmp/sepkg-xxx/portaudio dir is listed at each new attempt, but it's not even created.

The only one I see is /tmp/se where other packages are built, e.g. /tmp/se/swh-lvl2-xxx, successfully built minutes ago. 

Is it me, or...

Ok. Fixed the version in the .info.
