Cap on industry contributions to increase

The cap on industry contributions to the Film and High-end TV Skills Funds will be raised in April to £61,000 in line with the RPI, plus an additional £2,000 as agreed with industry. At the same time,  the maximum contribution to the Animation and Children’s TV Skills Funds will be raised to £44,500.

We are able to invest in training for professionals working in screen across the UK thanks to the productions that pay into our Skills Funds. We thank them for their continuing support. Read more

ScreenSkills invests in Unreal Engine bootcamp 

The Film and High-end TV Skills Funds are supporting a 14-day bootcamp that enables professionals with a background in VFX to work with Unreal Engine, a real-time 3D creation platform for photoreal visuals and immersive experiences that was originally developed for games. Read more and apply
