Community Journalism project comes to an end |

That’s a wrap on the VIEWdigital Community Journalism Project, with the last course rolled out in March. Over the past 12 months, media professionals Una Murphy and Jude Hill-Mitchell worked with Brian Pelan, editor, to trained up migrant women and disabled people from Belfast and beyond, who are not well represented in the media, to co-create and publish factual stories on our website. Short films on migrant women’s stories have been screened in Belfast to mark International Women’s Day. The ‘Migrant Women Seen & Heard’ series, produced by Marisa Comeau-Kerege, is available to view on the new Community TV area of the VIEWdigital website: (https://communitytv.viewdigital.org/).
