This spring, see Shakespeare’s most haunting tragedy brought to life!

On-stage seats are now available for the spring tour of Macbeth in Galway, Belfast and Limerick. And due to overwhelming demand, we’ve added an additional matinee performance on Sunday, 19 April, in Belfast.

In other news, we have appointed three new board members and find out what's on at The Mick Lally Theatre this month.

    Welcoming New Board Appointments

    Druid is delighted to welcome three new members to the Board: Joy Bolster Duane, Hugh Hamrock, and Edel Coffey.

    The new members will join current Druid Board members: Adrian O'Neill (Chair), Caroline Loughnane (Deputy Chair), Mary Apied, Derek Diviney, Padraic Ferry, Sean O'Rourke, and Bernadette Murtagh (Company Secretary).

    A fully-illustrated and authorised history of Druid by Professor Patrick Lonergan, with a foreword by Fintan O'Toole.

    Druid Theatre 1975-2025: 50 Years of New Irish Plays
    A collection of six of Druid's most impactful plays together in one volume for the first time.
