Remember how I told you last week that our newsletter was changing? Well, here it is!
This newsletter will be shorter, but packed full of value. And sometimes Iβll send more than one email a week if I have an additional resource that I think might be of value to you. After all, weβre in this together and I really want to see you succeed in taking your idea and making a living from it.
Back in November, I stayed up really late at a company retreat creating what is now the SUPERFANS SYSTEM.
This is based on my Pyramid of Fandom and it aims at helping creators go from:

And since November, the team and I have done a lot of work to make sure that this year, we can really help you grow an audience of superfans:
Weβve revamped our entire SPI Community to include the Superfans System so people have a roadmap to grow online. Finally! A GPS set to superfans!
Weβve invited Liz Wilcox in as Director of Community. Sheβs someone I saw building an amazing group of superfans over on her corner of the internet and now sheβs serving mine (thatβs you!) by hosting office hours, revamping our sequences to surprise and delight new subscribers, and teaching the team how to gamify our content so everyone that hits the SPI website is engaged, having fun, and becoming a superfan as quickly as possible.

And now weβre moving from Unstuck to this new format. This feels like the biggest change of all. Like I mentioned a couple weeks ago, change can be scary. But I know this will ultimately better serve YOU, and thatβs what SPI is all about. Serving YOU on YOUR journey from idea to income.

The first step to creating Superfans is to know where you already are.
Level 0 is where we build the foundation for all the things weβre going to do in the Superfans System. If you want to turn eyeballs into Superfans, you need to lay the groundwork.
Level 1 is all about getting discovered and making connections with your target audience.
Level 2 means itβs time to turn the people who recently discovered you into active members of your audienceβ¦get those people to become followers/subscribers.
Level 3 is where things start to get fun! Weβre starting to get into the fan level. People start to feel a sense of belonging.
Level 4 means youβre at the top! This is where people are thinking about you and your brand without you having to prompt them. Congratulations!
