In this strand of WFTV events, members are invited to Meet the Producer. This session will feature our host Michelle Stein in conversation with producer and co-founder of production company Paradise City, Naima Abed. Naima is a producer and, since 2020, a partner at Paradise City, a production company she co-founded with Émilie Georges, where she manages the London office.
Michelle and Naima will discuss Naima’s career path, along with any current trends she’s noticing within the industry, and insights on funding and developing projects.
There will be an opportunity to ask Naima questions during the last 15 minutes of the session. |

WFTV members are invited to an exploration of the craft of directing comedy with director and winner of the 2025 WFTV Pixelogic Media Director Award Chloe English, discussing her recent work.
In conversation, Chloe will be sharing her journey in the industry and career so far to her most recent work on the BAFTA nominated and award-winning comedy G'wed, discussing her creative process behind the third season and the key considerations as a director.

| Join WFTV for an evening of socialising. Our in-person networking sessions are for all WFTV members to meet new people in a friendly and informal setting. This month we will be at 3 Mills Studios, London and will include some informal 'speed dating' networking.
Join Lucy McCutcheon (Head of Studios) and team in an introduction to 3 Mill Studios, covering who they are and what they do. There will also be the opportunity to meet the WFTV team to answer any questions that you might have about WFTV and listen to your feedback. |
