Hello, Stu!
My free 14-Day Video Challenge kicks off this Tuesday, April 7th — and there’s still time to join!
Every day for 14 days, you’ll publish one short-form video on Instagram Reels and / or YouTube Shorts. It’s a simple, structured way to go from “I want to try this” to actually showing up and creating consistently.
To kick things off, I’m hosting a live call TOMORROW, April 6th at 12:00 PM PT / 3:00 PM ET, where I’ll walk you through exactly how the challenge works, how to prepare, and answer your questions live.
When we ran this challenge back in January, the most common theme we saw was fear of imperfection.
What if I make a mistake? What if I look silly on camera? What if no one watches?
And I bet some of you are feeling that way right now.
So we asked past participants:
“Now that it’s over, what would you say to someone who’s thinking about joining but feels nervous or unsure?”
Here’s what they said:

Get out of your own way and press record. Shift the focus from “How do I look?” to “How do I want someone to feel after they watch this?” That question changes everything. The world doesn’t need more perfection... it needs more courage and more inspiration. Your voice might be the exact thing someone needs today.

Just do it. It seems more intimidating than it actually is. You have to learn to stop overthinking and just do the work. This challenge will improve your confidence, force you to learn some optimization, and allow you to naturally learn how to be more impactful on camera.

"I gained confidence, which is also carrying over to other areas in my business. Do It! It is a great growth opportunity. Knowing you are not doing it alone and having support during this challenge is so helpful."

Notice what no one said:
“Wait until you’re ready.”
“Make sure it’s perfect first.”
They all said the same thing: Just start.
The confidence you’re waiting for doesn’t come before you hit record — it comes after. Every video you post, no matter how messy or awkward, is a rep. And those reps are what build the skill that eventually looks like confidence.
And here’s something I truly believe: in a world full of AI-generated, overproduced content, your realness is your superpower. People are craving authenticity. They want to follow someone who feels human — someone who stumbles, pivots, and figures it out in real time.
That’s you.
Your vibe attracts your tribe. And the only way to find your people is to show up.
Oh, and if you’re looking for a little extra encouragement and insight about the challenge, I recently had a great conversation on my podcast with two participants from our last daily video challenge.
They share what the experience was like, what surprised them, and how their short-form content has evolved since then. You can listen to the episode here.
I'll see you on the live call tomorrow. Let's get you ready to show up, hit record, and build something real.
You’ve got this!
