CIACLA, a small nonprofit that punches above its weight, is at a crossroads...... We are one of the very few non profit organizations presenting contemporary Irish culture in Los Angeles. Through events like our monthly Creative Network, the Irish Film Festival Los Angeles, and The Irish Contemporaries, but we are severely underfunded compared to our counterparts across the U.S.
We cannot continue this work without community support. To pay artists and musicians fairly, to run events, and to cover our basic operational costs:

How Making a Gift / Donations Work:
CIACLA is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit in California.
Donations are tax-deductible in the U.S., meaning should be able to claim them against your U.S. taxes.
What Your Donation Makes Possible:
$100 – Covers materials for artists 🎨
$200+ – Pays a musician’s performance fee 🎶
$500+ – Supports an artist to participate in The Irish Contemporaries 🖼️
$1,000 – Funds a Creative Network gathering that connects us all 🤝
$5,000 – Sponsors multiple screenings at the Irish Film Festival LA 🎬

Since launching in 2019, CIACLA has produced, presented, and partnered on over 55 events across Los Angeles performances, residencies, workshops, and community events connecting visiting and local artists with new audiences. Collectively, our activities have reached thousands in person and many more online, positioning CIACLA as a key hub for contemporary Irish arts and culture in the U.S.
