We have eight new concert and events to announce this week which includes folk, Irish traditional, jazz, flamenco, acoustic and classic rock.

First up is Irish traditional folk band, Three for the Road, which features Four Men And A Dog frontman Gino Lupari. More info on this supergroup below.

Jazz singer Winnie Ama is coming back after a captivating performance last week, accompanied by her fantastic four-piece combo. She will be performing two intimate and fully seated shows over one weekend in May.

Tony Villiers and The Villains will be first time visitors when they bring their blend of country, folk and rock and in April Paddy Anderson will perform his engaging one-man show, An Irishman’s Adventures in Andalusia.

April also sees the return of our favourite rockers, AC?DC, who’s show in November sold out so quickly.

Lyra

Wednesday 29th March / Court Room / Doors 7pm / Fully seated / Tickets £7 and £5

Directed by BAFTA-winning filmmaker Alison Millar, Lyra is a beautiful and heartfelt film about the life and death of the internationally renowned Northern Irish investigative journalist Lyra McKee. Through a rich archive of audio recordings, field notes and interviews with those who knew her, Lyra tells the story of a life fearlessly committed to truth and justice for forgotten crimes. The result is a complex picture of Northern Ireland’s political history, bringing into sharp focus the ways in which the 1998 Good Friday agreement - with its promised end to violence for future generations - has struggled to be fully realised. You can watch the trailer here.

Supported by Collective, an initiative from Film Hub NI (BFI Film Audience Network) to connect people to great films.
