Hi Everyone,

Welcome to this week’s newsletter, with an update on upcoming online events from our senior awards and event producer Rebecca, and our around the industry section.

Today I am delighted to announce that Becky Kempson has joined the WFTV team and we are all very much looking forward to working with her. Becky becomes our new Office and Membership Administrator, while AmyLouise, who was doing the role before, moves across into full time event producing.

As you know WFTV has been campaigning hard for the three million forgotten freelancers and self-employed workers who have been left unable to claim under the government’s schemes. And on Tuesday 6 October at 19:30, I will be chairing an event with Sonali Joshi, one of the founders of ExcludedUK, and MP Daisy Cooper who is part of the Gaps In Support All Party Parliamentary Group to discuss what should be the next step in the campaign to get a fair deal for all. This is such an important issue that we are opening up the event to both members and non-members, and  men and women.

Hope you all have a great week.

Many thanks and stay safe.

Best

Liz
