Cinco de Mayo marks a moment of resilience and pride in Mexican history, and today it is also a celebration of culture, creativity and community. This supper club honours that spirit through food that is generous, joyful and made to be shared. From the first bite to the final dessert, this is an evening designed to feel like stepping into a Mexican fiesta — colourful, welcoming and full of flavour. This immersive evening takes guests on a journey through three iconic regions — from the coastal freshness of Jalisco to the street food traditions of Central Mexico and the deep culinary heritage of Oaxaca, finishing with the celebratory sweets of Puebla. Expect bold flavours, festive atmosphere and a shared table experience designed to celebrate the joy of gathering together    WHAT'S INCLUDED? A curated five-course fiesta menu – Travel through the flavours of Mexico with a carefully designed tasting journey featuring vibrant ceviche tostadas, traditional carnitas tacos, Oaxacan quesadillas and a celebratory Puebla dessert.  A frozen margarita welcome drink – Begin the evening with a classic or strawberry margarita, setting the tone for a lively and colourful Cinco de Mayo celebration. A journey through the Three Valleys – Each course represents a different Mexican region, with storytelling moments connecting the dishes to their cultural roots and traditions. Live performance – As with all Silk Road Supper Clubs, expect live fiesta-style performance A sweet celebratory finale – Finish with a traditional Tres Leches cake or vegan citrus dessert, accompanied by a festive atmosphere that captures the spirit of the fiesta.
