LYYRA: CHORAL WORKSHOP WITH A VOCES8 ASSOCIATE CHOIR

We are delighted to announce that Lyyra will be hosting a choral workshop at Portico prior to their evening performance, open to all ages, stages and experience levels.
Leading fun and engaging activities using The VOCES8 Method as the building blocks and basing around the idea of ‘play’ in music, this workshop will create an environment where singers of all abilities can participate in the creative process of music making. Activities will engage the mind, body, and voice, as well as introduce elements of improvisation that will leave singers excited about their ability to participate in the creation of music.
Joined by Paul Smith, founder member of VOCES8 and CEO of the VOCES8 Foundation, this workshop is truly not to be missed.
