This month we mark International Women’s Day on Sunday 8 March. It’s a time to celebrate the social, economic, cultural, and political achievements of women around the world, while recognising the ongoing challenges we still face in the pursuit of gender equality. To celebrate, The WFTV Festival will be taking place across Belfast, Cardiff, Glasgow, London, and Manchester. Our programme is now available to view in all locations, showcasing members’ work across film and television, from short to long form, scripted and unscripted. The festival will feature Q&As, industry talks, and speed networking opportunities. It’s a fantastic chance to connect and celebrate the incredible talent within our community. We’re looking forward to seeing many of our members there! |
