Could your product be causing harm — and you don't even know it?

From ChatGPT to self-driving cars to AI-generated video — technology is moving faster than our ability to think through the consequences.

As product people, being human-centred and empathetic isn't enough anymore. We need practical tools that help us surface harm before products go to market.

The good news? Those tools exist. The bad news? Most of us have never heard of them.

The Cyber Resilience Act - are you really ready?
A&L Goodbody

Jun 17, 2026 9:00 AM

Join us for an interactive workshop, led by InStart Group GmbH leaders Markus Christians and Enrico Engels, kindly hosted by A&L Goodbody LLP.

Modern software products increasingly rely on Open-Source Software (OSS), third-party frameworks, and complex software supply chains. At the same time, regulations such as the Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) introduce new expectations regarding transparency, traceability, auditability, and secure product development. This enables EU market access for organisations.

This interactive workshop explores how organisations can gain better control over their software components and dependencies not only from a security perspective, but also regarding compliance, governance, and long-term maintainability.

Fighting fire with fire: Building a coordinated defence against organised cybercrime
Webinar
Jun 18, 2026 11:00 AM

If cybercrime groups operate like structured enterprises, then most organisations are fighting back with fragmented teams, disconnected data and slow decision-making. The result is an imbalance in which attackers are coordinated, agile, and intelligence-led, while defenders often operate in silos.

In this webinar, Cailan Sacks (Director for Redshift, an Integrity360 company) is joined by Richard Ford, CTO, Integrity360 to explore how organisations can redesign their cyber defence capabilities to match the scale, structure and coordination of modern adversaries.

Drawing on real-world experience with active criminal syndicates and financial sector intelligence-sharing communities, this session will examine both the successes and limitations of current approaches.

Agentic AI Design using AMD Technology
Queen's University Belfast
Jul 1, 2026 10:00 AM

As part of ECS8060 AI Engineering module, we are organizing a seminar on designing Agentic AI with AMD Technology. Building trustworthy and capable agentic AI systems requires a foundation of open innovation, scalable compute, and transparent design principles. In this workshop, we explore how open-source initiatives, with AMD as a key driver, are accelerating the development of autonomous AI agents.

We will highlight how AMD's latest Agent Computers, with integrated GPUs, provide optimized on-device compute for real-time inferencing and agentic workloads.

We will also explore how we got from token generation to AI Agents. We will refresh the basics of context engineering and RAG systems. Then we will dive deeper into AI Agents and their fundamental components (model, orchestration and tools). Using the AUP Learning Cloud you will run hands-on labs to cement these concepts.

Fix faster, risk less: The reality of Mythos and modern exposure management
Webinar
Jul 7, 2026 11:00 AM

The real challenge in cybersecurity isn’t the volume of vulnerabilities and levels of exposure; it’s knowing which ones to fix first and how quickly you can act. This webinar will explore how Mythos is reshaping the threat landscape, backed by insights gained through analysis of one billion remediation records across 10,000 organisations and global telemetry. We will help move beyond theory and into execution. Learn how to identify high-impact risks, benchmark your remediation performance, and adopt a more focused, manageable approach to exposure management needed in a Mythos world.

In this webinar, Richard Ford, CTO, Integrity360, is joined by Matthew Middleton-Leal, Regional Director, Qualys, to examine the practical implications of AI-accelerated vulnerability discovery and the growing importance of risk-based remediation. Drawing on large-scale remediation data and real-world threat intelligence, the session will explore how organisations can better prioritise exposures, measure remediation effectiveness and focus resources on the risks most likely to impact the business.

Join us for a practical discussion on how to move beyond vulnerability volume and towards a more strategic, risk-based approach to exposure management in a Mythos-driven world.

The AI security imperative: Risks, threats and practical defences
Webinar
Jul 16, 2026 11:00 AM

AI is transforming how organisations operate, innovate and compete. But as businesses increasingly adopt AI-powered applications, copilots and autonomous agents, they are also inheriting a new set of security, governance and risk challenges. The same technologies driving productivity and efficiency are creating new attack surfaces, enabling new forms of cybercrime and introducing risks that traditional security controls were never designed to address.

In this webinar, Richard Ford, CTO, is joined by Brian Martin, Director of Product Management, to explore the rapidly evolving AI threat landscape and what organisations must do to secure their AI-enabled future.

From agentic applications and AI-powered fraud to deepfakes, prompt injection attacks and emerging Model Context Protocol (MCP) risks, this session examines how attackers are leveraging AI to scale their capabilities and why organisations need new approaches to trust, risk and security management. Attendees will also gain insight into leading frameworks such as how to build governance, visibility and control into AI initiatives without slowing innovation.

Join us for a practical discussion on the risks, realities and security strategies that will define the next generation of AI-enabled organisations.

You will have the opportunity to find out more and ask any questions you have about studying a Microcredential at Queen's.

What are Microcredentials?

Courses are delivered through flexible learning formats, with teaching typically scheduled in the afternoon or early evening, making them ideal for busy professionals.

Our current portfolio includes 11 Microcredentials across four innovative Master's programmes:

• MBA (Master of Business Administration)
• MSc AI in Business
• MSc Digital Business
• MSc Human Resource Management
