Hi everyone,
I hope your week is off to a good start.
Firstly, I wanted to say a huge thank you to everyone who has submitted their work for this year’s WFTV Festival - we’re genuinely blown away by what’s coming in. The creativity, ambition, and range of voices across our membership is exactly why this festival exists, and we can’t wait to see your work up on the big screen. Stay tuned for more details and announcements about this year’s edition. |

If you’re a part of a team and looking for an easy win this year, you might be interested in our Corporate Membership offering. It gives teams of 10 or more the opportunity to become WFTV Members at a 50% discounted rate. It’s a great way for organisations to support their teams and for more women to tap into everything WFTV has to offer together. If you’d like to discuss Corporate Membership, email Jessica today. |

Finally, we all know that confidence is something many of us are still working on, which is why I’m really excited about our upcoming workshop, Fast Track To Fearlessly Finding Your Voice. It’s a one-day, practical session hosted by Tracy Forsyth for anyone who wants to speak up, be heard, and stop second guessing themselves in rooms that matter. There’s only a few places left, so book your place now. |

|
WFTV is about championing women’s work and helping each other to take up space - on the screen, behind the scenes, and everywhere in between. I hope you’ll get involved, whether that’s through WFTV Festival, joining a workshop, or bringing your team along for the ride.
Have a great week,
Katie |

On Thursday 15 January, join WFTV for a behind the scenes look at the documentary Aileen: Queen of the Serial Killers. Bringing together interviews, archival material and Wuornos’s own words, the film offers new insights to the life, crimes and treatment of Aileen Wuornos. Kirsty Cunningham (Executive Producer), Emily Turner (Director) and Jinx Godfrey (Editor), will join a panel chaired by Kate Ward (BBC Studios Managing Director Unscripted). Together they will be discussing the making of the film from idea to screen and sharing insight into the creative and collaborative decisions that shaped the documentary. |
