Hello all!      I hope you've been keeping well. CANI are excited for our latest event, this time on zoom!   PLEASE NOTE: This talk has been rescheduled for 8pm on 29th March 2023.    ​ The Classical Association in Northern Ireland is pleased to host an onine lecture by Dr Arlene Holmes-Henderson (Durham University) on Zoom on Wednesday 29th March 2023 at 20:00 (GMT+1, UK local time). Please register to receive the Zoom link in advance of the talk.   amo, amas, amat and all that   New perspectives on Classics education in the 21st century   In this talk, Dr Holmes-Henderson will share findings from her award-winning research into the value of Classics education for contemporary learners. She will confront the thorny issues of access to Classical languages in schools, teacher supply and the perception of classical subjects in the public domain.
