It's Aoife from Fighting Words NI here, with just a quick reminder and some information about
our upcoming volunteer training session tomorrow. You're receiving this email because you expressed an interest in becoming a volunteer mentor or illustrator with us, and we'd love to hear from you if you're interested in joining our next training. We’ll be
discussing who Fighting Words NI are, what we do, what our primary & post-primary schools workshops look like – and where you come into play as volunteers 😊. We’ll also be going through some important elements, such as our Safeguarding guidelines and Health
and Safety policies.
This training will take place on Tuesday 5th March at 6pm, over Zoom (link to follow on Monday
4th March). If this training doesn't suit, don't worry - we'll have a few more trainings before the summer break, so our next training will be on Tuesday 7th May. If you'd like to sign up for either of these trainings, please send me an email and I'd be delighted
