Dear Stu,   An empowered and active citizenry is more critical now than ever.   We confront complex and multifaceted challenges: from rising global inequality to a worsening climate crisis, from rapidly advancing new technologies to the erosion of democratic norms.   The people of the Commonwealth need opportunities to organise, collaborate, and develop solutions.   That’s why I’m excited to share that the next Commonwealth People’s Forum will take place in November 2026 in Antigua and Barbuda. The People’s Forum is an incredible event. My words can’t do it justice, so please watch the outcome video from last year’s Forum to get a sense of the energy and momentum that is generated every time the people of the Commonwealth come together. Watch back the 2024 video The People’s Forum takes place in the wings of the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting and feeds into it.
