I was just blown away by these words from one of my clients:

"This was all very new to me at the beginning, but by the sixth session I was proudly standing naked in a room and exclaiming how powerful I felt, what I was proud of, what I love about myself. This is not something I could ever have envisioned before.

The sexual issues that I originally booked an appointment with Rachael to try and resolve, have been resolved. But not the way I expected. I had the idea that Rachael would show me some techniques with breath and pelvic floor exercises and that would be it. We did cover these, from a Tantric and Taoist approach, but we also covered so much more, working on the emotional foundations that make great sex possible.
