Writers in the Stars
6 - 11 May | 7pm |  3pm Sat
We have lost many great writers over the years.
Where are they now?
Do they come to life every time you read one of their stories or plays?
Are they in the hearts of the children studying them for exams?

No.

They’re in heaven arguing over who is the greatest… obviously!

Join Oscar Wilde, Mary Shelley and their…“friends” as they ask you, the audience, to help them decide who is truly the greatest writer of all time.

Glorious Shambles Productions will take you on a comedic and light-hearted celebration of some of the most famous writers in the English-speaking world.

Age Suitability : 8+

Tickets are €15/12 but using the code ''yesyoumay' you can get tickets for only €10!

Pumpgirl
12 May | 7:30pm
There’s one in every town, and they call her the Pumpgirl.
She works in the garage, changes the oil and thinks she’s one of the lads.
She’s sweet on ‘No-Helmet’ Hammy, but he loves no one but himself.
He’s out all night with his racing boys, whilst wife Sinead’s off on a joyride of her own, with an ache that’s about to be cured.

It’s a turbo-charged race through the diesel fumes and country music of the Armagh badlands.
Newry playwright Abbie Spallen’s explosively comic play takes us deep into the unspoken thoughts and darkest desires of three lives destined to collide.

Jolene O’Hara as Pumpgirl
Patrick Ryan as Hammie
Seona Tully as Sinead

Written by Abbie Spallen
Directed by Andrew Flynn

Tickets are €22/20 but using the code 'yesyoumay' you can get tickets for only €15!
There's a limited number of these €15 tickets available so act fast if you're interested!

Walkinstown
30 + 31 May | 8pm
It's back! And we're delighted. We love this show.

Walkinstown is a theatrical comedy/parody about two individual’s separate journeys through the streets of Dublin City in one action filled night. It is a satirical exploration of the quintessential Dublin monologue genre combining elements of surrealism, absurdity with a touch of distorted sweetness.

A staged anomaly, a melodramatic oddity. This is not a play. This, is a theatrical odyssey.
Probably.

‘Jaw achingly funny’ – The Arts Review.
‘Sussed out piss-take’ – The Irish Times.

Tickets are €15/12 but by using the code 'yesyoumay' you can get tickets for only €10. Once again, there's a limited number of these €10 tickets available.
