Hello and welcome to the latest edition of our IFI Weekly Newsletter.

Opening this week are Jessica Beshir's poignant documentary Faya Dayi, French comedy-drama The Big Hit and a re-release of Wim Wenders's 1987 classic Wings of Desire.

The last two films to screen as part of our Bob Fosse season are All That Jazz on June 25th and the rarely-shown Star 80 on June 30th. Don't miss them on the big screen!

Join us on Sunday 26th for our monthly Mystery Matinee. The film chosen could be anything from throughout the history of cinema, or even a preview of a hotly-anticipated release. Tickets are only €6 and are available to purchase here.

WILD STRAWBERRIES: THE DUKE

Only on June 24th and 29th

Starring Jim Broadbent and Helen Mirren, The Duke recounts the true story of a retired Newcastle bus driver's involvement in the theft of a Goya painting. Screening as part of Wild Strawberries, our film club for the over 55s.

UNTOLD UKRAINE 🇺🇦

From July 2nd to 27th

Untold Ukraine is a Ukrainian film festival offering Irish audiences the opportunity to enjoy the best of contemporary Ukrainian cinema. All proceeds from ticket sales go to Nova Ukraine, a nonprofit organisation dedicated to providing humanitarian aid to the people of Ukraine.
