Hi Stu,

It's Late Night Art time again and we're delighted to have a brand new exhibition in place. Bangor-based artist Lucy Turner holds an MFA in Fine Art from Ulster University and for the past five years has worked from her small but thriving independent print workshop on Grays Hill. This new body of work explores themes of fake news alongside Lucy’s ongoing love of “other people’s gardens” bringing together interplay of colour, texture and form. Join us for the launch this Thursday from 6.00pm - 9.00pm.

There are ten venues in central Bangor taking part in this month’s Late Night Art so why not make a night of it? Details of venues at latenightart.com

Read on for more info about our Alternative Christmas Market as well as our Christmas at The Court House shows which start next week. Plus keep an eye on our listings for all your favourite Court House regulars.

We hope to see you soon!

JAH WOBBLE

SUN 7 DECEMBER • DOORS 7.30PM

In February 2024 Jah Wobble received great feedback after one of our best ever Court House shows. ThePunkSite states: "the show has been ‘an event’. One that encompassed a bit of theatre, a lot of banter and a hefty serving of superior musicianship." Jah Wobble and the Invaders of the Heart return next month with their dub reinterpretation of the classic album Metal Box. The legendary bassist and founding member of PiL presents a live performance of the seminal album reworked his way.
