This is part of their 'Acoustic Piano Tour' of Ireland, a series of intimate concerts in unique spaces - all performed on acoustic pianos. Described by the Irish Times as “neat spookiness with beautifully arranged melodies”, Lōwli’s her work bears elements of neoclassical and dark folk. For fans of the likes of Fiona Apple, Regina Spektor, Ben Folds and Joanna Newsom, Laura Ampersand writes piano music ranging from classical-influenced pieces to energetic, full-band alt-pop arrangements.
