As one of Hollywood’s most respected casting directors, Paul has a dynamic, practical, and highly effective intensive program that demystifies the audition process and gives actors the skills and confidence needed to create a memorable audition experience.
During the session, Paul will cover the following topics!
1: The Casting Perspective: What casting directors truly expect from actors and the key elements they look for when making casting decisions. Why certain actors succeed!
2: Mr Weber reflects on many actors he has worked with over the years, and he will share insights into what makes them truly successful! From Johnny Depp, Ryan Reynolds, and Chris Hemsworth to Dakota Fanning, Reese Witherspoon, Bella Thorne, and Jason Momoa, he will discuss the unique qualities that set each one of them apart!
3: Confidence when auditioning: Don’t psych yourself out before you even step into the room. Paul will teach you some essential techniques that will help actors step in as confident, prepared performers.
4: Handling Rejection & Performance Nerves
Practical advice on how to deal with rejection and how to embrace nervousness and anxiety, using them to your advantage rather than letting them hold you back.
5: The Laws of Attraction
What you can do right now to make your talent more desirable and marketable to agents, managers, and casting directors, and why it matters.

This session will run for three hours roughly. Throughout the workshop, I encourage you to ask Mr. Weber as many questions as possible, we'll really get stuck in! He is absolutely wonderful to listen to, incredibly insightful, and you'll gain a tremendous amount from this experience!
