Just two weeks until our 31st Bath Flash Fiction Award closes on Sunday October 5th 2025 at midnight GMT.
For fictions up to 300 words. Any subject.
One entry £9, two entries £15, three entries £18.00.
Judge award winning writer and writing tutor Kathryn Aldridge-Morris.
Prizes: 1st prize £1000, 2nd prize £300, 3rd prize £100. 2 commended writers receive £30 each.
All 50 longlisted writers offered pubication in our 10th anniversary anthology, Contributors receive a free paperback anthology.
Results out by end of October, 2025.

The 9th Bath novella--in-flash award closes on 31st October, 2025.
For NIFS in between 6000 and 18000 words. Any subject. Prizes: £300 for first prize winner plus publication and 5 free copies. Two runners-up receive £100 plus publication and 5 free copies.

The current series of online flash fiction festival days on Saturdays October 25th, November 29th and January 10th, each with three workshops, readings and a writing contest with prizes and publication offer, is now open for booking at flashfictionfestival.com. Only £35 per day, 11.00am to 6.30 pm London Time or £90 for all three days. All welcome. Some free places for those short of funds.
