We’ve reached the final week of #BIAF25, and we hope you’ve enjoyed the festival so far - whether you joined us for a performance, a discussion, an exhibition or something entirely unexpected.
There’s still plenty to experience, so if you haven’t yet had the chance (or you’re ready for one more outing), we’d love to see you at this week’s events. |

HOOLA
Forged in the industrial heart of Daegu, Korea, HOOLA transform the discarded into the divine. With instruments crafted from PVC pipes, paint cans, and shampoo bottles, this collective reimagines opera arias and EDM anthems through the pulse of upcycled sound.

Ulster Orchestra – Always Clara
The Ulster Orchestra celebrates the life and work of Clara Schumann. The first half of this concert features Gabriela Ortiz’s Clara, a musical telling of the story of her relationship with Robert, and then Clara’s own Piano Concerto.
The second half of the programme features two composers important to Clara, Schubert and Mendelssohn, both writing with a distinctly sun-kissed, Italian flavour. |

The Rest of our Lives | CLOSING EVENT Jo is an old dancer, George an old clown. They’re international artists with 100 years experience between them. Now they’re looking at the rest of their lives and wondering, what next?
Armed with a soundtrack of floor-fillers, a book of raffle tickets and a sprinkling of eco-friendly glitter, Jo and George negotiate midlife with humour, tenderness and outlandish optimism. |
