Dear friends,
Happy Summer Solstice to everybody!
I'm pleased to announce the schedule for my next photography workshops. These are photographic workshops where we explore core elements of exposure and composition, and learn to harness the controls and settings of your camera.
Photography Workshops with Thomas Park
Sunday July 17, 2011
Through guided kata-style exercises, we'll learn about how aperture and lens selection affects your image, see how to make exposure work in the non-automatic camera modes, and play with compositional styles and techniques.
Not a pro? Interested in learning more about your camera? Or are you experienced but want to see what that shot looks like if you frame it at 35mm vs. 100mm or f4 vs f16? We'll discuss these photographic concepts, then work with our lovely (and very patient) model to apply your ideas.
In response to the tremendous level of interest following my workshops co-presented with SEAF this year, I'll be offering two sessions - a regular workshop and an extended session with additional shooting time.
Digital photography workshop: $205
Extended digital photography workshop: $255
A digital SLR is required, no point-and-shoot cameras
Each session is limited to 5 participants.
Please contact me via email if you'd like to reserve a seat!

Best regards,
Thomas Park
