In Uganda, the HIV/AIDS Prevention campaigns, have been condomised, with all donors only funding CONDOM campaigns. Our HIV/AIDS Prevention strategy as a nation has been ABC (Abstinence, Be Faithful & Condoms). Your positive response will be highly appreciated.
