Is your desk in Live mode with hard mute active? That might be your problem
Virtual Vista has been known to make odd things happen on the desk, I try not to use it during programing and running shows.

Hi Brian,
- Have you verified that TheatreMode=Yes is set in the D950System.ini file in VV?
- Also run VV offline and verify that your preferences there are all set to match those of the desk (Snapshot Automation Preferences, and in “Settings->Vista” Hard Mute, and “Live” Button functionality.)
