VCA Column missing

Hi, 

My VCA column has disappeared from the Cue List.  Does anyone know what may have been clicked to do this? And how to get it back! It was there when I created the title.  If I reload my configuration, it comes back but when I load the current title it isn't there.  If I make a new title, it does include the VCA column.  I am in VCA behavior mode.  Thoughts?
