Do State subsidies cause tuition prices to rise?
Again, we should be economically on the same page about what causes
prices to rise for our Universities. They have a business plan that
relies on receiving a bag of cash from the State. This is no different
than a Bailout - except it happens every year - and when it is "not
enough" - the schools decide to hurt the consumer.
