How can you email the whole student body?

EMU - Must email to someone else and then it is sent to the Student
Body
UMF - If approved, it is sent to the student body from your account
WSU - Can, but must go through the Dean of Students. It would go
through his account.
WMU - Must go through an administrator. Also, you can go through an
Advisor to hit a targeted audience. They have an emergency alert
system that goes to the whole body and they do not want too emails to
go out to everyone.
MSU - Do have access to each class list and then made their own email
list (in Google). Used to have go through the Vice President of
Student Affairs.
SVSU - Must be approved by the Student Life coordinator. They are
very liberal, so there is not a big deal. The email goes out through
your own account.
OU - Same as WMU
UMF - Similar to WMU. Students are in list by default but can be
taken off.
UMD - Must go through an Administrator. There is some red tape if an
Admin is not a huge fan.
MTU - Same process as everyone else. Must be approved by an Admin.
They have a really advance filter and can even send to certain
people. Comes from Student Government account if they would like.

FSU - Similar/ Same to nearly all, not usually a problem for RSO's
