Networking event on Thursday - tomorrow at 4:30pm

Hello,

 

On behalf of the U of T Career Centre, I would like to invite you and your friends to a panel and networking event "Creating an Inclusive Workplace" on Thursday, March 26. We are organizing this event in partnership with the U of T Accessibility Services, and I assume you might have already received this information, however, we would like to welcome you to this event as well.

 

I would like to encourage all U of T students to attend this event, which promises to be very educational and inspiring. Our panelists, who are U of T alumni,  will talk about their transition from university to workplace, their challenges as well as accommodation (tools, support, etc.) they received from their employers. Additionally, over 25 employers, including IBM, Oracle, TD Bank, Humber College, Mt. Sinai Hospital, and Canadian Food Inspection Agency, will be present as well.  Please see the following agenda:

 

4:30 - 5:30 p.m.   Panel with alumni and employers - Bahen building, room BA 1220 - 40 St. George Street

5:30 - 6:30 p.m.   Networking reception (mix & mingle with employers, light refreshments and food) - Career Centre, 214 College Street
