    Hello friends How are you. i like to share our future. why i care ? Because as a friend , i had see  my close friends life circle and his parents worry about his life in future and present life.

     He also software engineer, working in Trichy base software company. y know that, He go 8 am and come 11pm .That is his day today life. i thing y also.

     Last week his father worry about her job and present and future life.

Because He never take with father and mother. He never go any family function ,

He miss his smile and always tension.

   
     I told the solution to my friend . I know  y also the same stage.

     I like to share what , i planed for my future , what , i learn with life ? l like to share my best friends.

     Money is a god for our life. All people working 12 hr per for earn money .

Super star told one word " rich get rich and poor get poor " i told additional one "working person get more work".
 

     Work give money. But smart work give lot of money. That is THINK OUT OF BOX "

      Easy to told but ?  Yes I Know your words.

       we are working . earn 20,000 or 30,000 or else.

       Here how can we plan more than 1 lakes per month. Is it possible more then  10 lakes per. Possible not month , we can earn more than 10 lakes per day.

You find out that. i can't tell you.

      How? work not get more money? Business not give more money? Knowledge not give more money?
  

      But Investment with Business with Knowledge , it will give more and more money.

      In like, recently  i found one investment idea. for the example i told that one for How we plan to get money at a same time it like invese like growth like give money monthly.

     I had searching land to purchase. so i went to see the land in madurai highway. with land broker. i told , The land is very outer of the town. is it right to purchase. He told , many people are told that, but people have not get knowledge how we found the land. Basically land is not investment  it will give money at a same time land value will increase.

   He told, " for example your purchase land have many factors. More than 2000 workers are working . they are stay inside city. they travel more then 40 km per day. if you build a Tolet Rooms how y get monthly. thing like that sir "

   That is very impotent point.

   Think Here , how we invese.

   Simple Idea But it will Lakes of money monthly. How ?

   That Land have more then 8 company in that place.

  more then 3000 worker are working in this more workers are stay junction area.

 hare we can build more then 10 room(10x10 room) in 1200sqf . we build 20 rooms in two floor with bathroom.

  Many banks give loan to purchase and build home.

  workers give 15,000 in town for single room they stay 5 to 6 members.

   Here y give 2000 per head , 5 members stay per room.

  ok workers like your room. yes 100%

  Because think like ours . if you stay very near your company . within 10 mins walkable.   how y feel .

  ok back to  Estimate .

 SBI give 150000 for 72 month of Emi per EMI 15000 like that 9.1 %.

so 20 rooms . 10,000 per 5 member per 1 room

  20 x 10,000 2,00 ,000 or 2 lakes per month . what without worry . we can earn.

 not only that y can start own hotel for workers that wise y can earn 15,00, 000

or more

 so totally you earn 2, 15, 000 in  one month.

y can complete your loan with in 18 month then all are earning without you work.

that is one place. and one income.

 Y KNOW ? TRICHY HAVE MANY COMPANY AND COLLAGE

I already told we can earn more than 10 lakes per day. yes possible like above.
