Candidates appearing for the final year of the qualifying examination during 2011-2012 are also eligible to apply
5% Supernumerary seats in each course in university constituent colleges are available to the candidates from outside Andhra Pradesh under National Integration Quota (NIQ)

Application form along with the information brochure and ICR summary sheet can be obtained from Osmania University Press, Hyderabad, Directorate of Admissions, OU, Hyderabad, University College for Women, Koti, Hyderabad, Nizam College, Basheerbagh, Hyderabad, University College, Telangana University, Dichpally, Nizamabad, University College, MG University, Panagal, Nalgonda, Palamuru University, Opp Police Head Quarters, Mahabubnagar on payment of Rs 120/- in cash (candidates can register upto four subjects in one application)
Filled in application along with a demand draft drawn on any nationalized bank in favour of the Director, Directorate of Admissions, Osmania University payable at Hyderabad for requisite registration fee should reach the Director, Directorate of Admissions, (New Building), Near PGRR Centre for Distance Education, Osmania University Campus, Hyderabad-500007 on or before the dates mentioned above

The application form along with ICR summary sheet and information brochure are also available on Osmania University website www.osmania.ac.in/admissions
Candidates can download a copy of application form and ICR sheet and apply with a demand draft for Rs 320/- per subject plus late fee, if any, on or before the last dates mentioned above

Last date for submitting filled in application with a late fee of Rs 200/-: 11th May, 2012, upto 04.00 p.m.
Last date for submitting filled in application with a late fee of Rs 400/-: 18th May, 2012, upto 04.00 p.m.
