Applications are invited for Admission to BSc Medical Laboratory Technology Course 2012-2013
(Cost Based)

No. of Seats : 15 (Management Quota).

Qualification :
 Plus Two or equivalent examination pass with 50% Marks in Physics, Chemistry and Biology
(Pass mark for SC/ST candidates).

Fee Structure : Tuition fee : ` 41,000/- per year

Caution Deposit : ` 30,000/-(` 5,000/- for SC/ST/OEC Students)

Admission Fee : ` 3000/-

Admission will be made from the rank list prepared by the University on the basis of the marks
obtained in the Plus Two or equivalent examination. A weightage of 10% marks will be given to those
candidates who have undergone their qualifying examination from the institutions under the
jurisdiction of University of Calicut.

 The filled in application form with copies of certificates and a Demand Draft for ` 300/- towards application fee drawn in favour of the
FINANCE OFFICER, UNIVERSITY OF CALICUT Payable at SBT Calicut University Branch
shall be sent to the Director, Centre for Health Sciences, University of Calicut, Calicut University
(P.O), Pin-673 635 on or before 31.07.2012, 4 pm.
