As I am preparing to move to South Africa, and Bianca for a number of away sub-is, two rooms are becoming available in our lovely three-story Stapleton town home beginning in July and September.

Both available third-floor bedrooms come optionally semi-furnished and share a bathroom. The second floor is a large, airy, shared living space with many plants. Fun facts: we live adjacent to green spaces that are perfect for running and biking, we are a 10-minute drive / 20-minute bike ride from campus or City Park, we enjoy our outdoor patio with a view of the mountains, and we have awesome neighbors with sweet kids.

We are looking for someone who would like to stay approximately 1 year at least. Rent is $575/month including utilities and internet. One garage space is available for an additional $25/month, and there is ample street parking. Reply to this email or call or text Amy at 970.250.5299 if interested.
